Apollo Announces First Quarter 2012 Earnings Release and Conference Call

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Apollo Global Management, LLC (NYSE: APO) and its consolidated subsidiaries (collectively “Apollo”), announced today that it plans to release its financial results for the first quarter of 2012 on Tuesday, May 8, 2012, before the opening of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

Apollo will host a conference call on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 10:00am EST. During the call Marc Spilker, President; Gene Donnelly, Chief Financial Officer; and Gary Stein, Head of Corporate Communications, will review Apollo’s financial results for the first quarter of 2012.
